Today’s the day. Counter Strike: Global Offensive has finally hit the masses and is available for download on Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. According to Steam’s store page, the ability to purchase is LIVE for $14.99.
Developer Hidden Path has added some new weapon additions to CS: GO, while also tweaking the balance of long-time favorites. The beta has been in full effect since August 14th, so most of the remaining bugs should be ironed out.
Both nostalgic and those itching for change should be pleased, as the game features your old favorites (de_dust, de_dust2, de_aztec, etc.) and brand new maps, characters, gameplay modes, and weapons.
